Lead the operational delivery of the University of Canterbury’s transnational education portfolio and overseas academic partnerships. This Christchurch-based onsite role supports international partner institutions, student transition and support, Flying Faculty visits, offshore orientation, and partnership performance. The role involves managing complex international projects, improving policies and operational frameworks for offshore education, and working across university units including Digital, Finance, Legal, Academic Services and faculties. Candidates should have significant experience in international education, partnership management, transnational education or the tertiary sector, strong stakeholder and cross-cultural communication skills, and professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Knowledge of the Chinese higher education system and willingness to undertake regular domestic and international travel are required. The position offers 5 weeks annual leave plus 5 university holidays, superannuation contributions, and professional development opportunities.
