Humes Pipeline Systems is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Papakura manufacturing site in New Zealand. This hands-on leadership role will own the maintenance function, ensuring plant and facilities are safe, reliable and available to support production outcomes.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and drive asset reliability while supporting health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, industrial, processing or heavy industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant maintenance practices.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, contractors and external service providers.
• Sound understanding of preventative maintenance systems and asset reliability principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the site's maintenance team.
• Plan, prioritise and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Drive asset reliability and equipment performance across manufacturing operations.
• Support site compliance including health, safety and environmental standards.
• Contribute to capital projects from planning to handover.
• Identify and implement improvements to safety, efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment availability.
• Manage maintenance expenditure within budgets.
