Job summary

Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading New Zealand manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions nationwide. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will plan maintenance work, prepare clear job scopes and ensure parts, materials and contractors are ready for scheduled activities.

You will combine maintenance planning, engineering purchasing, materials coordination, contractor administration and CMMS information management to support continual operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, engineering coordination, materials purchasing or related industrial roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using CMMS/ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance work with clear scopes and work packs.
• Maintain a visible maintenance backlog and weekly schedules with Engineering/Production.
• Support shutdown preparation including scoping, resources and contractors.
