Job summary

OJI FibreSolutions NZ Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to shape the capability across New Zealand packaging operations. You will work closely with sales, customer service, supply planning and operations to forecast demand and manage inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with ERP/demand planning tools. A manufacturing background and advanced Excel reporting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Exposure to S&OP or integrated planning
• Manufacturing/production environment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with sales and customer service
• Lead monthly Demand Reviews for three regions and own the Demand stream of the S&OP cycle
• Inventory and seasonal stock build planning with supply planning and operations
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, tools, and reporting
• Attend safety training and adhere to EHSR communications

OJI FibreSolutions is a long-established manufacturer and supplier of packagingsolutions to a wide range of industries across New Zealand and around theworld. Our customers includeblue-chip manufacturers and marketersin the primary produce, food, industrial and grocery sectors.

This newly created role reports tothe National Supply Chain Manager and offers the opportunity to shape demandplanning capability across our New Zealand packaging operations, workingclosely with sales, customer service, supply planning and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Demand planning and forecasting incollaboration with sales and customer service.
• Leading the monthly Demand Reviews forour three regions and owning the Demand stream of the S&OP cycle.
• Inventory and seasonal stock build planningin collaboration with supply planning and operations teams.
• Driving continuous improvement indemand planning processes, tools and reporting, including the use of relevantwhat-if scenarios to support business decisions.
• Actively contributing to a culture ofsafety first through attending all training, reading and acting on all EHSRcommunications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience indemand planning, forecasting or related supply chain planning
• Exposure to S&OP or integratedplanning processes
• Experience within manufacturing or production-basedenvironment advantageous
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
• Experience working with ERP, demand planning or forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel & reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and collaborationskills.
