PAE NZ is seeking a proactive Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our Wellington team. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring on-time delivery of services with meticulous attention to detail.

The position offers permanent part-time employment with hybrid flexibility and opportunities for development within a supportive, collaborative team environment. The role blends coordination, administration, and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and maintenance management systems.
• Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence and legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain the Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP).
• Respond to client enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Work with Compliance & Quality Officer to complete inspections and services.
• Coordinate quotes, variations, and service delivery requirements.
• Undertake site visits to assess needs and identify additional works.
• Develop scopes of work and prepare quotations.
• Maintain change management records in MRI.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure effective service delivery and site communications.
• Organise contractor meetings and track actions.
