Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or asset management operations is preferred.
• Strong administration, planning and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to learn new asset management systems and maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating planned maintenance activities across a national property portfolio.
• Managing maintenance schedules and contractor workflows.
• Maintaining accurate asset registers and service histories.
• Monitoring compliance requirements and inspection schedules.
• Producing reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Working with facilities managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the rollout and ongoing use of asset management technology.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and asset performance.
