Job summary

Kiwi Collective in Auckland is seeking a Store Manager to lead our New Zealand and Auckland store operations, reporting to the Head of Retail, Japan, SEA & Oceania. You will drive sales, merchandising, and team performance in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires 3–4 years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus flexibility to work weekends and holidays. English and Mandarin proficiency are valued to engage with Asian markets.

Qualifications

Three to four years of luxury retail sales experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Team player with ability to work toward common goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and rostering.
Manage store profitability, labour costs, inventory, and cash handling.
Maintain stock levels and merchandising.
Develop pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Plan and execute promotions to drive sales.
Monitor product mix and customer demand.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Prepare banking and turnover reports; manage budgets.
Enforce daily operating procedures for cleanliness and stock.
Conduct regular stock takes.
