Lake Hayes Cottages is seeking a General Manager to take full accountability for daily operations across our cottages and Hayes Lodge, while driving growth and profitability. You will manage guest experience, pricing, occupancy, and lead a small team, maintaining the hands-on, owner-operator ethos that defines the business.

You will work directly with the owner to ensure exceptional service, oversee housekeeping and contractor teams, and contribute to development plans for future properties in

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury lodges, hotels or premium holiday homes.
• Hands-on hosting with high presentation standards.
• Comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial business.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to manage P&L and occupancy.
• Experience leading housekeeping and contractor teams.
• Experience opening a new property is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Queenstown or Central Otago is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across cottages and Hayes Lodge.
