Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Cluster Director of Engineering to lead the engineering and maintenance across its NZ luxury lodge portfolio. This on-site, full-time role focuses on asset lifecycle, life-safety, energy efficiency, and strategic capital projects to sustain brand standards.

You will direct multi-property teams, drive preventive maintenance and budgeting, and partner with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to maximize guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• NZ licensing in electrical/plumbing/AC is advantageous.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership; 5+ years in director-level roles.
• Experience in luxury hospitality and multi-property operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering across the lodge portfolio.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, asset management, capital projects and life-safety compliance.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets, CAPEX plans, and performance metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and cross-property collaboration.
