Job summary

M Gallery in Queenstown is seeking a housekeeping leadership role to work alongside the Head Housekeeper and Supervisors, ensuring efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of the housekeeping function. You will liaise with Front Office, maintain VIP amenities, and lead staff in delivering pristine guest rooms and public areas.

Your responsibilities include attending meetings, managing stock, and training new staff while upholding Accor’s service standards and brand values across the property.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and upholding high standards in cleaning.
• Excellent English communication in written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to maintain staff morale and meet standards.
• Supervise daily housekeeping tasks and staff during shifts.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas meet brand standards.
