Hotel St Moritz, part of the Accor family, in Queenstown, NZ, seeks a Concierge to deliver luxury guest services and local experiences. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, coordinate activities, and provide expert recommendations to create a seamless stay.

Role requires a refined luxury service attitude, strong local knowledge, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a 7-day travel environment.

Competenze

• Experience in Front Office at a 5-star property preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with luggage handling and escort to rooms.
• Provide personalised recommendations and arrange local experiences and transportation.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to support daily arrivals and VIP arrivals.
• Maintain concierge desk, lobby and related areas in a clean, organised state.
• Deliver guest amenities and assist with VIP arrival preparations.
• Liaise with local activity providers and transport operators to coordinate bookings.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Support promotion of hotel packages and services.
