Job summary

Hotel St Moritz, part of the MGallery Hotel Collection, is seeking a luxury Concierge in Queenstown, New Zealand. You will warmly greet guests, assist with arrivals/departures, arrange transportation, activities, and dining, and provide expert local recommendations to ensure a seamless, memorable stay.

You will maintain service standards across the lobby and concierge areas, coordinate with other departments, and uphold a professional, welcoming presence for guests and colleagues, including VIP

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office at a 5-star property preferred.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speaking.
• Clean police record and a current, full driver's license.
• You must hold the rights to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, welcoming service.
• Anticipate and satisfy guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist with guest arrivals/departures, luggage handling, and escorting to rooms.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, tours, and activities for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions for recommendations.
• Deliver guest amenities and assist with VIP arrivals as required.
• Communicate with Front Office and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Ensure concierge desk and related areas are organized and prepared for daily arrivals.
