Job summary

Cartier Auckland boutique is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive boutique sales. You will guide clients, share the craftsmanship behind Cartier creations, and build lasting relationships through consultative selling and CRM-driven activities.

Fluent English is required, a second language is advantageous, and you will contribute to a collaborative team culture while upholding operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and meet/exceed boutique sales objectives.
• Develop client relationships and build robust client profiles (CRM actions).
• Manage daily boutique operations, stock accuracy and presentation.
• Represent Cartier at events and activations as a brand ambassador.
• Contribute to teamwork and a positive boutique culture.
