Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Auckland is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team on a casual basis.

You will deliver the Tiffany Experience with personalized service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment at our Auckland store. The role requires 2-3 years in sales or customer service, a passion for service, and flexibility to cover non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or a customer service role.
• Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population.
• Be a Blue Box Enthusiast with passion for customer service and sales.
• Flexible to work non-traditional trading hours including weekdays and weekends, late night trade and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with our clients, ensuring the Tiffany Experience – uniquely tailored and personalized customer service.
• Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to increase performance and elevate client development and selling ceremony.
• Drive sales and ensure that sales targets are exceeded.
