Job summary

Barretts BMW / MINI Motorrad Canterbury is seeking a capable Sales Administrator to support vehicle sales from order to handover. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the sales, accounts and service teams to ensure smooth customer handovers, accurate record-keeping and efficient stock management across new and used vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor retail sales administration is desirable.
• Knowledge of Kerridge (ADP), Drive or similar dealership management systems.
• Understanding of automotive compliance, vehicle registration processes and manufacturer standards is advantageous.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle invoicing and financial administration.
• Assist with new and used vehicle stock purchasing and stock management.
• Manage electronic deal files and ensure documentation is accurate and auditable.
• Maintain compliance with automotive regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Process finance settlements and support vehicle funding needs.
• Coordinate DVLA keeper changes and vehicle registrations.
• Provide day‑to‑day admin support to the sales team and other departments.
