Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with quick rapport building.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software; engaging with social media content.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and personalised sales consultations to prospective customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting BMW features.
• Develop and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present quotations and financing options to customers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with high ethical standards.
• Process sales documentation and liaise with administration for smooth transactions.
• Stay current with BMW product range, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
