Job summary

Z Energy NZ is seeking a hands‑on Solution Architect to lead architecture across the Trans‑Tasman customer and loyalty landscape. You will own designs, document current‑state architectures, and collaborate with squads, vendors and engineers across Australia and New Zealand to evolve loyalty, CRM and data integrations.

The role requires deep experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Customer Insights, with Salesforce valued.

Qualifications

• Proven solution or domain architecture experience across CRM, customer, loyalty, MarTech or data platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse or Customer Insights; Salesforce experience is also valuable.
• Ability to move quickly between projects, understand unfamiliar platforms and provide practical architectural direction.
• Experience producing clear solution designs, current‑state documentation and integration architecture.
• Understanding of data, finance, loyalty, point‑of‑sale and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and build relationships quickly across distributed teams.
• A pragmatic and adaptable approach, comfortable improving platforms progressively while working within established ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture across customer, loyalty and MarTech initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop solution designs and improve current‑state documentation for Dynamics, Dataverse and other CRM environments.
• Support evolution of loyalty offers and integrations across CRM, POS, site systems, data, finance and loyalty platforms.
• Build trusted relationships across Australian and New Zealand squads, vendors and engineering teams.
