Job summary

Z is seeking a hands-on solution architect to lead customer, loyalty and MarTech architectures across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate business needs into practical designs, document current-state architectures, and guide integrations across CRM, POS, data, finance and loyalty platforms.

You will build strong relationships with squads and vendors, navigate multiple platforms, and drive architecture decisions that align with Z's strategic goals and evolving services.

Qualifications

• Proven solution or domain architecture experience across CRM, customer, loyalty, MarTech or data platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse or Customer Insights; Salesforce experience is also valuable.
• Ability to move quickly between projects, understand unfamiliar platforms and provide practical architectural direction.
• Experience producing clear solution designs, current-state documentation and integration architecture.
• Understanding of data, finance, loyalty, point-of-sale and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and build relationships quickly across distributed teams.
• A pragmatic and adaptable approach, comfortable improving platforms progressively while working within established ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture across customer, loyalty and MarTech initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop solution designs and improve current-state documentation for Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse and other customer insights environments.
• Support the evolution of loyalty offers and integrations across CRM, point-of-sale, site systems, data, finance and loyalty platforms.
• Build trusted relationships across Australian and New Zealand squads, vendors and engineering teams.
