The Loyalty and MarTech team shapes customer journeys across Australia and New Zealand, delivering practical designs, documentation and integration across Dynamics, Dataverse and Salesforce environments.

The role provides hands-on solution architecture for the Trans-Tasman customer and loyalty landscape, building relationships and turning business needs into concrete

Qualifications

Experience across CRM, loyalty, MarTech or data platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Customer Insights.
Salesforce experience is valuable.
Ability to move quickly between projects and platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on solution architecture support across ANZ customer, loyalty and MarTech.
Develop solution designs and update current-state docs for Dynamics 365, Dataverse and more.
Support loyalty offers and integrations across CRM, POS, site systems and data platforms.
Build relationships across squads, vendors and engineering teams.
