Z Energy – Wellington Central, North Island is seeking a Solution Architect to drive delivery across Energy Solutions and B2B initiatives. You will translate business strategy into scalable, secure technology outcomes and work closely with leaders, product teams, delivery squads and enterprise architecture.

This highly collaborative role requires pragmatic architecture, balancing business value and long-term sustainability, with a strong focus on cloud-enabled solutions and modern integration

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end technology solutions across applications, integrations, data and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture activities across B2B and Energy Solutions initiatives, from ideation through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into technology solutions.
• Create high-level and detailed designs balancing value, feasibility, and maintainability.
• Guide decision-making across applications, integrations, data, platforms and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align with strategy and target architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
