Briscoe Group is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist for our Mt Roskill store to safeguard customers and our team in a busy retail setting. You will work as part of a proactive loss-prevention team, focusing on reducing stock loss and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Are you committed to ensuring safety and security in a dynamic retail environment? Do you have prior retail experience and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as a Loss Prevention Specialist, in our Mt Roskill store.

You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone that is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively and can quickly build trust.

This is a full-time opportunity, requiring availability one day in the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the store stockloss reduction programme
• Investigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patterns
• Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraud
• Champion health & safety practices
