Job summary

K&S Freighters Ltd in Christchurch is seeking an organised administrator to support warehousing and transport operations across the Middleton branch. Qualifications

• Data Entry / Administration experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Christchurch area; full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transport and Warehouse Management systems.
• Process incoming orders accurately.
• Enter daily data and chase missing information.
• Complete month-end information and deadlines.
• Manage customer accounts and invoicing in the system.
• Assist with inductions for new staff.
• Assist with uniform and stationary ordering.
• Provide general support to the Branch.
