Job summary

Ritchies is seeking a proactive Control Centre Supervisor to join our Auckland operations, overseeing live bus services from a central control room and guiding on-road delivery to ensure safety, reliability and customer satisfaction. In this fast-paced role you’ll manage incidents, coordinate with depots and drivers, maintain timetable integrity and generate KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in live, real-time operations and control rooms.
• Ability to document incidents and KPI performance.
• Strong communication and coordination with multiple stakeholds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live bus services and manage disruptions in real time.
• Coordinate movements and communicate instructions to drivers and depots.
• Respond to incidents with safety-first approach and escalate as needed.
• Record incidents, near misses, and accidents accurately.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain timetable integrity and update systems in real time.
• Produce operational reports for KPI tracking.
• Assist drivers and interact with internal/external partners.
