Ritchies Transport is seeking a reliable Dispatch Coordinator / Customer Representative to join our team in Christchurch. This busy role combines dispatch coordination, customer service, communication, and administration to support daily operations and keep customers and drivers informed.

You will coordinate dispatch, manage bookings and schedules, and respond promptly to enquiries by phone, email, or in person, while adhering to company policies and safety requirements.

• Keep customers informed about delays or changes.
• Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and dispatch information.
• Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety requirements are followed.
• Assist with general administration and other operational duties as required.
