Job summary

Auckland Council is seeking a part-time Library Shelver for Waiheke Community Library on a fixed-term basis from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027. The role covers the week, including weekends, with flexible hours across two patterns: 2 hours per day across six days or 3 hours per day across four days.

You will ensure all resources are correctly shelved and presented, assist customers, and refer queries appropriately while contributing to a welcoming library environment.

Qualifications
