Qualifications

• Demonstrates high comfort with digital technology and devices used with customers.
• Excellent information retrieval and electronic resource skills.
• Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of te Tiriti o Waitangi in library services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests via phone, email, and LiveOnline chat.
• Inform and recommend library resources and services to customers.
• Assist in training and upskilling staff, especially around digital technologies.
• Participate in team and network projects.
