Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ lending and/or sales experience.
• NZ Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services is advantageous, but not essential.
• Comfort with lending processes and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers from first contact to assess needs and present lending products.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance requirements.
• Build lasting relationships throughout loan journeys and create opportunities.
• Promote the MTF Finance brand in the local market.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets and maintain compliance.
• Provide lending support from application to loan generation and beyond.
