Job summary

Walker Smith in Auckland is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to help clients purchase, upscale, and refinance by simplifying complex lending decisions and building lasting relationships. You will guide clients from first conversation through to settlement, delivering advice that helps them move forward with confidence.

In collaboration with a broader financial advisory team, you’ll use an extensive client database to tailor lending solutions, ensuring exceptional outcomes and ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified adviser with Level 5 Financial Services qualification (Core and Residential Property Lending strands).
• Current accreditation with New Zealand major residential lenders.
• Proven experience as Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker.
• Outstanding relationship-building, communication and client management skills.

As a Mortgage Adviser, you'll become a trusted partner throughout the lending journey. You'll take the time to understand each client's circumstances, recommend lending solutions that genuinely suit their needs, and guide them from their first conversation through to settlement.

Working alongside experienced professionals in a broader financial advisory business, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while delivering advice that makes a real difference.

• Outstanding relationship-building, communication and client management skills
