Job summary

Auckland Council's West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre is hiring a Facility Support Coordinator to help run daily operations in a busy, on-site role. You will provide administration support across teams, build relationships with customers and stakeholders, and promote our programmes and facilities to our community.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for rosters including early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports.
• Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office; booking coordination is advantageous.
