Job summary

Auckland Council's Albany Stadium Pool is seeking three casual team members to provide outstanding customer service to visitors and to support enrolments and bookings. Shifts will vary across early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will assist with enrolments, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks while helping maintain a welcoming, safe centre environment. A First Aid Certificate is preferred; training can be provided, and reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate preferred; we will help you obtain one.
• Mature and responsible with children.
• Flexible, proactive and a team player.
• Strong commitment to delivering a high standard of customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors during busy periods.
• Support enrolment and retention for fitness/mac membership base.
• Handle day-to-day cash handling and administration tasks.
• Assist with bookings, appointments and centre operations.
