Job summary

Auckland Council’s West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre is hiring a Facility Support Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. Based in West Auckland, you’ll support day-to-day operations, manage records and reporting, and help promote our programmes and facilities to the community.

You’ll build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams, handle flexible hours as rostered, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly environment. Salary ranges $60-65K plus Auckland Council benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and present reports.
• Experience using MS Office and booking/administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support across multiple teams within the centre.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Promote our programmes, services, and facilities to help Aucklanders get active their way.
• Ensure records, reporting, and operational processes are accurate and up to date.
