Auckland Council is seeking a permanent part-time Team Member in Customer Support for Friday morning shifts at Papatoetoe Pool and Leisure Centre. The role offers a regular 5.00am–9.00am shift with opportunities for extra hours and cross-site work across the network.

You will welcome customers, handle bookings and payments, provide information, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment. First Aid is required; training is provided by Auckland Council.

Qualifikationen

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
• Cash handling and transaction processing experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to customer enquiries and issues.
• Confidence using technology and digital applications.
• Ability to follow health, safety and operational procedures.
• Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Understanding and respect for te ao Māori and diverse communities.
