Auckland Council's Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre is seeking a Team Member to join the Customer Support team in a frontline role. You will support enrolments, handle cash and perform routine administrative tasks as part of a busy leisure facility.

The position is fixed term, on-site, 20 hours per week, with shifts including Sundays and Thursdays, up to 31 January 2027. The role requires excellent customer service and reliability. Training and vaccines/vetting are part of the process.

Formación

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Friendly, mature team players with initiative and good judgement.
• First Aid Certificate preferred; we will help you obtain it if successful.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, community groups, and visitors during busy periods.
• Support a large membership base with enrolment and retention.
• Handle day-to-day administration tasks and cash handling.
• Assist with bookings and centre operations.
