Job summary

Harcourts Northwest Realty in West Auckland is seeking an energetic Leasing & Inspections Manager to join our Property Management team. This hands-on role focuses on leasing available properties and conducting property inspections.

You’ll work with our Property Managers to lease properties, prepare inspection reports with photos, coordinate access, and keep records up to date in our systems. A full NZ driver's licence and a proactive, people-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Property management or real estate experience would be an advantage.
• NZ driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to minimize vacancies and prepare market-ready rentals.
• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare clear inspection reports with photos and recommendations.
• Coordinate access and inspection appointments with tenants and landlords.
• Maintain accurate records in our property management systems.
