Managing leases and tenancies, including rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings
Lease documentation
Tenant, contractor and consultant liaison, and resolving any issues
Attending to all BWOF, compliance, and repairs and maintenance requirements
Regular property and building inspections
Financial management/administration of income and expenses for properties
Report preparation and attending management meetings
Maintaining and updating property records/schedules and PM software systems
My client is looking for an intermediate level property manager with experience in commercial property management. We’re looking for:
2-5 years' commercial property management experience
A relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge of the commercial real estate market
A strong understanding of property law and local and statutory regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and property management software (preferably 'Re-Leased')
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
A current NZ driver's licence
My client's looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person, with outstanding communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
This is a great opportunity to take your experience into a small, boutique property management company with a diverse commercial portfolio. It's a busy role with lots of variety and challenge, working alongside a very experienced commercial property manager. In a small team, there's more potential to add value and have a say.
My client is offering a competitive remuneration package.
