Job summary

Te Atatū Intermediate in Auckland is seeking a relational and collaborative Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to join our team. You will work with teachers, leadership, whānau and external agencies to identify needs early and build teacher capability.

Leading learning support across the school, you will coordinate interventions, coach staff in inclusive practice, and foster partnerships with students and families to remove barriers to learning, helping every learner belong, thrive and achieve.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in learning support and interventions.
• Organised, solutions-focused and passionate about removing barriers to learning.
• Ability to coach teachers in inclusive, evidence-based practice.
• Experience coordinating records and agency involvement.

We are seeking a relational, skilled and collaborative Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to join our team at Te Atatū Intermediate.

Our LSC will play a key role in ensuring every learner belongs, thrives and achieves. Working closely with teachers, leadership, whānau, RTLB, Ministry of Education specialists and external agencies, you will identify needs early, coordinate effective support and build teacher capability.
