Te Manawa ō Pāpāmoa School in New Zealand is seeking an outstanding Learning Support Coordinator to drive inclusive education for Years 1–8. You will lead coordination of learning support systems, work with kaiako, and advocate for neurodiverse kaimanawa.

Due to continued growth across our kura, Te Manawa ō Pāpāmoa School is seeking an outstanding Learning Support Coordinator to join our fun, collaborative and forward-thinking team from the beginning of Term 1, 2027.

We are looking for someone who can build strong, mana-enhancing partnerships with kaimanawa, whānau, kaiako, support staff and external agencies, while strengthening responsive and inclusive systems across our kura.
You will:
Strengths in inclusive and neuro-affirming practice, intervention systems, Structured Literacy and Mathematics, Assessment for Learning, coaching, ORS, RTLB, Ministry of Education processes, specialist agencies and whānau partnerships would be highly valued.
Most importantly, we are looking for an outstanding team player who brings energy, curiosity and a genuine belief that every learner can experience success.
