Responsibilities

• Coordinate and strengthen learning support systems across Te Manawa ō Pāpāmoa School.
• Identify barriers to learning with kaiako and develop inclusive responses.
• Monitor Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions and assess their impact.
• Coordinate individual learning plans, transitions and wrap-around support.
• Collaborate with Learning Support team, SLT, Teacher Aides, specialists and external agencies.
