Fire and Emergency New Zealand in Rotorua is seeking a Coordinator Learning Operations on a fixed-term basis. You will support learning delivery by coordinating courses, logistics, venues and materials, while ensuring a high standard of customer service for learners and staff.

You will work with the Learning Operations Team Leader to align with training strategy, manage bookings, and maintain equipment and invoices.

Qualifications

• Have experience and thorough knowledge of modern office administration procedures and systems.
• Experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System and/or other databases.
• High standard of computer literacy with full competency in the MS suite of applications.
• Sound communication skills, both oral and written.
• A motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Supporting trainees and trainers — providing responsive, high‑quality assistance to learners, educators, and business partners.
• Booking travel and logistics — arranging travel, accommodation, and catering.
• Scheduling courses and resources — ensuring trainers, venues, and materials are aligned and ready.
• Preparing and maintaining training equipment — keeping materials organised, available, and fit for purpose.
• Processing invoices and claims — ensuring timely and accurate administration.
