Job summary

New Zealand Post is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Processing to lead Lean Six Sigma based initiatives across our Processing network. You will partner with operational leaders and frontline teams to analyse, redesign and implement practical improvements that boost safety, service, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of CI and Operational Excellence initiatives in processing or similar ops.
• Strong process analysis, design, and optimisation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Data-driven approach to turning insights into measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Processing operations.
• Analyse and redesign operational processes to boost performance.
• Coach teams in structured problem solving and Lean thinking.
