Job summary

The Training Practice – Wellington Central, North Island – is seeking a learning and development professional to design and deliver engaging leadership and development programmes. You will grow a strong client base through regular contact, marketing and networking and maintain excellent client relationships.

You will research and create workshop material, coach individuals, and use assessment tools for individuals and groups, while delivering consultancy on learning frameworks and needs analyses.
