Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced architect to lead and manage the architectural site supervision team for major building construction and fit-out works in Otago, New Zealand. You will monitor construction activities and supervise compliance with project directions and regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects and currently registered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 8 years on large projects.
• Extensive experience in architectural and fit-out works for major building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural site supervision team for major building construction and fit-out works.
• Plan and manage shift rosters based on contractors' work schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and staff welfare.
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues related to temporary and permanent works.
• Administer contracts and supervise project execution under PSSCOC.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality control, and progress reporting.
