Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd in Otago seeks an experienced Architect to lead architectural site supervision on major building and fit-out projects.

You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and codes; review roof/façade systems; coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.

A recognized Architecture degree and 8+ years' experience, including 5+ years on-site, leadership of site teams, and strong communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects.
• 8+ years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 5 years in site supervision of projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Experience in major building construction projects, particularly architectural and fit-out works.
• Preferably experienced in Roof & Façade Systems, Architectural Systems, or Interior Architecture Fit-out Works.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, site supervision practices, quality control procedures, and construction administration.
• Proven leadership experience in managing architectural site supervision teams.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
