Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd in Otago seeks a BIM Manager to lead the implementation of BIM processes across the project lifecycle, develop the Project BIM Execution Plan, and coordinate multidisciplinary models. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in BIM strategy and delivery.

You will oversee BIM during construction, support IDD, VDC, and IPD initiatives, run coordination meetings, monitor data integrity, and guide stakeholders with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of BIM management experience with established BIM processes and project frameworks.
• At least 3 years managing BIM during construction and/or delivering a BEP.
• Certified BIM Management qualification.
• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Proven project management and multidisciplinary coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and related software.
• Experience with IDD, VDC and IPD implementations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of BIM processes, standards, and workflows across the project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee the BEP and ensure stakeholder compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across all major disciplines.
• Manage BIM during construction: coordination, clash detection, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support IDD, VDC, and IPD initiatives.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and teams.
• Monitor deliverables, model quality, and data integrity to meet requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
