Job summary

Kirimana is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with a mechanical/building services background to lead complex NZ projects in Wellington. You will own delivery from contract award through completion, coordinating HVAC systems, plant and building services across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project delivery within mechanical or building services environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead delivery teams.
• Experience delivering HVAC/mechanical services projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical services projects from contract award through construction, commissioning and handover
• Plan programmes, procurement, equipment, subcontractors and site delivery
• Manage project financials, forecasting, cost control, variations, reporting and contract administration
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors while leading project teams
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality, programme and commercial performance
