Job summary

Kirimana is recruiting a Project Manager for a permanent role with a New Zealand construction company. You will own delivery from contract award through to completion, coordinating programme, cost control, quality, and stakeholder relationships to ensure profitable project outcomes.

Ideally you have commercial construction or infrastructure experience in civil, water, wastewater or related sectors, and hold construction or engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in commercial construction or infrastructure.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, cashflow and variations.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, construction programmes and delivery with site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasting and variations.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance with contractual oversight.
• Maintain quality assurance, documentation and reporting while mitigating risks.
• Build client and consultant relationships to deliver profitable outcomes.
