JobSpace in Auckland is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Lead to drive high-end landscape and building projects from start to finish.
You will coordinate design interpretation, manage resources, ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance, and lead a team with strong communication and safety focus.
We value reliability, honesty, and a proactive attitude, with a clean NZ driver's license and the ability to work independently within a supportive management structure.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
We cultivate a vibrant, rewarding work environment because we know your workplace matters. Join a fun, like-minded crew, collaborate on award-winning projects, and build great landscapes.
What we require:
2+ years of experience constructing high-end landscape or building projects
Attention to detail, to ensure our 'quality first' approach is adhered to
The right attitude - we value attitude first, then skills and experience
Be upfront, get along well as part of a team, respect others, and take personal responsibility for your actions
Able to operate within our health and safety (H&S) requirements
To have a clean, full New Zealand driver's licence or equivalent
Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Key Responsibilities:
Interpreting and implementing landscape plans
Coordinating and installing landscape elements to ensure all quality standards are met, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with regulations (general building knowledge is helpful)
Efficiently allocate resources and materials to maximise productivity and minimise waste
Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during landscape installation
There is plenty of support available from the management team, along with established structures and processes. However, we're seeking someone who can independently manage a project from start to finish with minimal supervision—a high level of experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is essential for this role.
