Job summary

Wellington City Council’s Parking Services is seeking a Learning and Recruitment Delivery Advisor for a fixed term until 31 March 2028. You will design and deliver learning across induction, frontline training and ongoing development, using digital and face-to-face methods to build capability and support operational goals.

Reporting to the Learning and Recruitment Delivery Lead Advisor, you’ll partner with leaders and subject-matter experts, develop engaging digital content with Articulate 360

Qualifications

• Three years’ hands-on experience in a dedicated Learning and Development role.
• Ability to design and develop learning using adult learning principles.
• Experience delivering face-to-face, blended and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver face-to-face, blended and digital learning for frontline teams.
• Create engaging eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) and manage learning through Totara LMS.
• Identify learning and performance needs and build practical solutions.
• Translate new technology and tools into clear, practical training for frontline teams.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, subject-matter experts and learners to adapt learning plans.
