StraitNZ is seeking an administrator to join our Auckland office in Wiri, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am–4.30pm. You will gain exposure across administrative and operational functions, including data entry for freight processing, answering phone enquiries and welcoming visitors.
The ideal candidate is early in their admin career, highly organised, detail driven, proficient with Excel, professional and reliable, with a Full Class 1 Driver Licence.

We’re searching for someone who may be early in their administration career but is eager to learn, proactive in their work, and ready to get stuck in. You will thrive in this role if you are:
Highly organised and able to prioritise in a busy office environment
Detail driven, with a commitment to delivering high quality work
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Professional, respectful, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of staff and customers
Punctual, reliable and able to turn up for work
Motivated to grow into a capable, multi skilled team member
Full Class 1 Driver Licence
In this role you’ll gain exposure across our administrative and operational functions, including:
Data entry for freight processing
Answering and responding to phone enquiries
Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
Maintaining the staffroom including keeping it clean and tidy and dishwasher duties
Other general admin and support tasks as required
A supportive team and a safe, inclusive work environment
Training and development within the transport and logistics industry including opportunity to complete NZ Certificates (Level 4) relevant to your role
