Job summary

Fliptech is expanding its Auckland team and seeks an experienced IT Systems Analyst. You will analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and design solutions for software, cloud, and infrastructure projects.

You will bridge client needs with technical delivery across APIs, integrations, and data flows. The role focuses on guiding system design, documentation, and implementation, with responsibilities spanning testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation in a dynamic IT services

Qualifications

Strong analytical, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of business and systems analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and common data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
Experience with SIT and UAT testing processes.

Responsibilities

Analyse business and technology requirements and evaluate existing systems.
Design system solutions and specifications for applications, databases, interfaces, and data flows.
Support deployment, integration, and optimisation of IT systems.
Coordinate requirements clarification between clients, vendors, and technical teams.
Prepare comprehensive system documentation and technical specifications.
